Junior Graphic Designer
1. Educational Background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Preferred Qualifications
• Prociency in Graphic Design Softwares
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics and/or Video Editing Softwares
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with printing processes and production techniques.
3. Requirements and Responsibilities
• Entry-level experience in graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creative thinking and proficiency
in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute design concepts for
various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials and
digital assets.
• Excellent design skills, including editorial work, typography and illustration.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to create designs that
effectively communicate brand identity and message.
• Interpret project briefs and client feedback to develop innovative design
solutions that meet project objectives and brand standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
• Organizational skills to maintain organized files and documentation for all design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval as needed
