Responsibilities

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with clients.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
- Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer support software is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
